Collision Advice

Learn how to use four simple negotiation questions to arm yourself for successful negotiations!

This highly interactive course is NOT your textbook negotiation class - it focuses on the negotiation process between a third-party payer and a collision repair facility!  Collision Advice’s approach focuses on using four negotiation questions to build a strong, fact-based negotiation position that makes it difficult for third-party payers to refuse.

The four negotiation questions are:

  1. Is it required?
  2. Is it included?
  3. Is there a pre-determined time?
  4. If not, what is it worth?

This program includes:
  • How to build trust, respect, and credibility with vehicle owners and bill payers
  • “Seek to understand, then to be understood!”
  • How to deal with “No one else charges for that!”
  • How to build and present negotiation tools to help get paid for not-included operations
  • Understanding the role of emotions in negotiations
  • How to explain “why now” and how to tell your story

As takeaways from this course, you’ll receive many pre-packaged negotiation tools that you
can immediately use, as well as several other tools to help you successfully negotiate with
third-party payers.
