Collision Advice

This two-day training program combines the powerful, experiential teachings of Mike Jones of Discover Leadership Training with the collision industry knowledge of Sheryl Driggers of Collision Advice.

Newly-trained Game Changers are people who:

  • Understand the difference between customer service and creating an EXTRAORDINARY customer experience
  • Identify a guest's or customer's DiSC style and demonstrate how to best communicate with that individual
  • Positively transform every relationship and situation by accepting Personal Responsibility
  • Responsively listen
  • Set positive outcomes
  • Have a growth mindset and understand the need to get outside their Comfort Zone
  • Focus on building the relationship with the guest whether on the phone or in person
  • Deliver Personalized, Competent, Convenient, and Proactive service from setting appointments and drop-offs, throughout the repair process to final delivery.

The program fee includes lunch on both days, workbooks, and a completion certificate.
