Description:

The goal of repair planning is to write a thorough damage analysis based on the OEM repair procedures. In this course, all attendees will learn a proven approach to writing a safe and proper repair plan, including conducting OE safety inspections, steering column inspections, seat belt inspections and more. 

Attendees will also learn the critical role of ADAS calibrations in ensuring vehicle safety and compliance with OEM procedures. This includes identifying when calibrations are required, how to properly document them, and the importance of integrating them into the estimate from the start.

Attendees will also learn how to research and identify damage and document the damage 
in a way that will assist you in discussions with third-party payers, as well as reduce liability. 
Attendees will also learn proven techniques for justifying repair operations, part type selection and refinish operations.
