This two-day training program combines the powerful, experiential teachings of Mike Jones of Discover Leadership Training with the collision industry knowledge of Sheryl Driggers of Collision Advice.
Newly-trained Game Changers are people who:
- Understand the difference between customer service and creating an EXTRAORDINARY customer experience
- Identify a guest's or customer's DiSC style and demonstrate how to best communicate with that individual
- Positively transform every relationship and situation by accepting Personal Responsibility
- Responsively listen
- Set positive outcomes
- Have a growth mindset and understand the need to get outside their Comfort Zone
- Focus on building the relationship with the guest whether on the phone or in person
- Deliver Personalized, Competent, Convenient, and Proactive service from setting appointments and drop-offs, throughout the repair process to final delivery.
The program fee includes lunch on both days, workbooks, and a completion certificate.
