Nissan/INFINITI Collision Estimating Essentials (Virtual Class)
We invite you to participate in a brand-new estimating class taught by Collision Advice. This course will provide you a proven approach to writing a safe and proper repair plan for Nissan and INFINITI vehicles. Come learn how to analyze damage, complete 100% disassembly, and document the damage in a way that will assist you in negotiating with third parties.
You’ll acquire the knowledge and understanding of key considerations when replacing specific damage components, such as non-reusable parts, adjacent panel damage, corrosion protection, and much more. In addition, you’ll learn how safety, driver assistance technologies, and vehicle design impact you as an estimator, especially when it comes to repair-versus-replace decisions and structural repairs.
Finally, you’ll learn about some not-included refinish operations, so you understand what they are, when they are required, and how to get paid for them.
Repair centers attending this seminar have seen an average increase of $300 to $400 per RO!
This program includes:

· How to write a damage analysis in conjunction with 100% disassembly
· An introduction to collision accident avoidance features and how they impact the repair plan
· How to document structural repairs
· What corrosion protection is worth from a labor and materials perspective when estimating
· The importance of pre-repair and post-repair scanning of vehicles
· How to use the four negotiation questions to justify and improve your negotiations with insurers
· How to get paid for hotly contested items, such as prepping raw plastic, blend within a panel, “feather, prime, and block”, masking operations, weld burn damage, and much more
Pre-Course Assignment:
· Bring an estimate on a welded-on rear fender (quarter panel) on a Nissan or INFINITI vehicle
Post-Course Assignment:

Virtual Course Requirements
- This class is presented virtually across 7 sessions on the following schedule:
- Monday – 11 am to 11:30 am EST
- Tuesday – 11 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm EST
- Wednesday – 11 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm EST
- Thursday – 11 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm EST
- You MUST attend all sessions to get credit for the class. If you miss a session, contact your instructor immediately.
- Attendees MUST submit a final estimate for review upon completion of the class.
- Only the registered attendee may view these sessions and only the registered attendee will receive credit for completing this course.
- Class size will be limited to allow for active attendee participation
