While the terms sales adjustments and write-offs are often used interchangeably in discussion, from an accounting perspective they have very different meanings.  In this module, we will look at the different ways you can handle write-offs and sales adjustments within CCC One.

By the end of this course, you will:

• Understand the difference between performing a sales adjustment or granting a discount and taking a write-off
• Be able to create discounts or sales adjustments within CCC ONE
• Know how to use the Receipts Tab to create a write-off
• Understand that Come Backs or Redos are not a write-off
• Know how to handle an overpayment from a payer
